About Us
Monitoring Conflict. Informing Policy. Advancing Peace.
Who We Are
The Global Conflict Monitoring Center (GCMC) is an independent, non-governmental institution dedicated to monitoring, analyzing, and contextualizing violent conflict and political instability worldwide. Headquartered in Geneva, GCMC operates as a neutral and data-driven platform committed to transparency, methodological rigor, and evidence-based assessment.
With headquarters in Geneva and regional research networks across multiple continents, GCMC maintains a global analytical perspective grounded in local expertise.
We do not advocate for political positions. Our role is to provide accurate, timely, and structured information that helps policymakers, researchers, humanitarian actors, and the public better understand evolving conflict environments.
Our Mission

We aim to:
Strengthen early warning systems
